Americas Best Value Inn Roosevelt Ballard

When we arrived we found that the rooms were not as clean as we had expected. After visiting with the front desk the gentleman was very understanding and immediately sent up the housekeeping staff to correct the issues. He even offered to refund our money and tried to find us another hotel to stay at. We were very appreciative of his efforts to resolve the issues and choose to stay. I would recommend staying here and if you have concerns they will do their very best to accommodate you.

It was just one night but my stay was awesome. The room was clean. They had the ac running already so it was nice and cold inside. The beds were perfect and I slept like a baby. And being the southern girl I am the biscuits and gravy at the breakfast was the cherry on top. All this and I spent less than $100. I'm happy my family stopped here.

Solid budget hotel with plenty of space! Check-in was super easy, and the rooms were surprisingly large and roomy—definitely more space than you'd expect at this price point. It was a smooth stay: no hidden fees, no surprises, and check-out was just as hassle-free. My only advice? Book online through a site like Expedia—I paid $130 per night at the front desk, while online rates were $20 cheaper per room. Missed out on $60 in savings because of that, and Google had even advertised rooms at $65. All in all though, great value if you plan ahead.

Beds are very comfortable and rooms are quite. Rooms have plenty of space and some have recliners. The breakfast is great and the staff is friendly and helpful. Guest laundry is available. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a quality hotel for a good price. If you travel for work or are on vacation I would recommend this hotel 10/10.

It's an old hotel, and it shows. Cracked sink, peeling paint. Not terrible, but just a old hotel and old stuff.

Starting from the amazing staff that answered my questions before we arrived. Super friendly and knowledge and check in even though it was late in the evening. She was so amazing. Their lobby was clean and inviting. The rooms were clean and well kept. This is an older building so you are going to hear parking lot noise. The breakfast was great. Biscuit and gravy, pancakes, bread assortment with bagels and pastries. Juice and coffee. This was above and beyond for the price. Very family budget friendly without compromising value.

I appreciated the cozy room and great pool Nextdoor. The owner was very nice, there was no loud noises my entire stay. The room was clean, and the service was way better than I’ve had at 4 star hotels in the past. The bed was comfortable and the WiFi was strong enough for me to work which is not the usually when I stay at hotels. All around it was a great time! If I have to go to that area again I’ll definitely be back.

It is what you pay for. No bells or whistles but seems clean and 2 night's for less then the price of 1 at the bigger places. Would stay again. Breakfast was over before 8:30am and not a person in site.
